Each summer, we open up a limited number of one-off housekeeping sessions designed to help busy families prepare for the festive season and summer holidays. Think of it as a 3-hour boost from a local mum who knows exactly what the end-of-year chaos feels like.

Whether you’re hosting family, heading away, or just trying to stay on top of things before school’s out, our Summer Specials are the perfect way to clear the decks and breathe again. Trust us, we know how long the mental to-do list can get this time of year.

Each session is tailored to your home and needs. You can use the time for:

  • Deep cleaning key areas before guests arrive

  • Washing and folding laundry (including the million beach towels)

  • Prepping spare rooms for visitors

  • Decluttering and organising for a calmer new year

  • Wrapping gifts or running festive errands

  • Removing sand, dust and summer mess from every corner

You’ll be matched with an experienced local mum who’ll arrive ready to help — no judgement, no pressure, just genuine support to help you enjoy the season a little more.

  • When are Summer Specials available?
    They’re available in November, December and January each year. Spots are limited, and they fill up quickly — we recommend booking early.

  • How long is each session?
    Each Summer Special is a 3-hour housekeeping session, designed to make a visible difference without taking over your day.

  • Can I book more than one?
    Yes! Many families book two or three across the summer for a pre-Christmas clean, a post-holiday reset, or a mid-January refresh.

  • What do I need to do before you arrive?
    Nothing at all. We have a strict no-judgement policy. We expect toys, dishes, sand and chaos — that’s exactly what we’re here to help with.

  • Who will come to my home?
    A warm, experienced Another Mother team member — a local mum who understands family life and how overwhelming it can get at this time of year.
