Seeking a Housekeeping Specialist
About the Role
We are hiring a Housekeeping Specialist who can commit to 4 days per week, ideally 20–28 hours/week, working independently in family homes in Fremantle and nearby suburbs.
This role is ideal for someone who:

We’re looking for someone who is…
Grounded and emotionally steady
Able to maintain professionalism and calm, even when life is busy.
Experienced in housekeeping or domestic work
Experience may include: home cleaning, hotel housekeeping, hospitality, support work, aged care, or running your own household to a high standard.
Committed to long-term, stable work
Consistent days each week, and a minimum 6–12 month commitment to the role.
A confident and reliable driver
You must have a well-maintained, reliable car and be comfortable travelling between clients around the Fremantle area.
Professional in appearance and conduct
You will be entering high-end homes and must maintain a polished, respectful, and tidy presentation at all times.
Independent and self-directed
Able to work alone, follow checklists, manage time, and complete tasks without supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing
General housekeeping (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, tidying, resetting)
Laundry (washing, folding, bedding)
Organisation (cupboards, toys, wardrobes, pantries)
Occasional seasonal or household tasks
Maintaining a kind, respectful, non-judgemental presence
Following structured processes and checklists
Communicating updates through our app
Bringing calm, care, and professionalism to each home

Essential Requirements
Permanent Resident, Citizen, or valid permanent work visa (no temporary visas)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in cleaning, domestic work, hospitality, support work, or similar
Current driver’s licence and a reliable, well-maintained car
Ability to commit to 20–28 hours per week of regular work
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent time management and communication skills
Physical capacity to perform housekeeping tasks to a high standard
Professional presentation suitable for high-end homes
